Workshop Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
The service must be paid within 7 days after booking. Your spot is confirmed once the invoice is paid in full. By completing payment, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
2. Cancellations by Participant
Up to 14 days before the workshop: full refund.
Between 8–13 days before: 50% refund.
Within 7 days: no refund.
Your spot can be transferred to another person at any time.
3. Cancellations by Intense Coffee
If a workshop must be cancelled by Intense Coffee, a new date or full refund will be offered.
4. Liability
Participation is at your own risk. Intense Coffee is not responsible for personal injury or damage to personal property.
5. Photos & Media
Photos taken during workshops may be used for communication purposes unless you object in writing beforehand.
6. Jurisdiction
Luxembourg law applies.
